Lance Welding

Engineering Services

An off-the-shelf solution may be fine for some applications, but when spray nozzle placement is critical or you have challenging physical requirements, a custom-solution is the best approach. Product/process quality will be ensured and the amount of rework required to install your new spray manifold or lance will be minimized.

Working with spray technology experts to design and build your spray manifolds and spray lances offers several benefits.

  • The manifold and/or lance design will ensure optimal spray nozzle and spray system performance. Solutions from other fabricators are typically limited in this area since they do not specialize in spray systems.
  • Our decades of experience specific to manifold and lance design/manufacture will result in timely, cost-effective solutions. While most manifolds and lances are unique, many of the same design principles apply. We use the knowledge acquired from working with other customers to develop new, custom solutions. Recent projects include applications in the pulp/paper, petroleum, cement and chemical markets. We've also worked in tandem with leading architectural engineering firms on a variety of projects.
